allowed to see the contents of the will before the executor does her duty ?
Are the other siblings / persons mentioned in the will, have a right to see it too? or is there supposed to be privacy and only the executor allowed to expose the contents of the will ?
Most executors will make copies of the LW&T and give it to the inheritors – if they don’t – then upon probate – the court will make this document available.
