My friend’s uncle had a surgery and is staying in hospital. He wants to give his niece a power of attorney but as he cannot move physically we are wondering how they can notarize the Signature. I know you can notarize the contract in a bank but we cannot move him there.
P.S. He is mentally aware and even does his daily works.
