i cannot even get the files to my case from my attorney‘s. they say that i need to write them a letter to revoke the power of attorney and then they’ll mail the original copy.
How do I write this letter?; what do i say?
This letter serves as notice that effective this date,I (name,ssn,driver’s license#) do hereby revoke my Power Of Attorney given to(lawyers name)
Will need to be notarized.Keep a copy for your records.
