The transfer of Limited Power of Attorney was give to Adam in the Garden of Eden when God gave him dominion over all living things. Similarly God has (through his Son Jesus) given us Christians a Power of Attorney over all things on earth. The only condition being that we Seek the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness first and do according to the will of God.
