Without a warrant in hand that has been presented to the person named, the police have zero authority to act. Under the Constitution of the United States there are 3 branches of government, the Legislative, Executive and Judicial. There is no such thing as “Law Enforcement,” because we are a Republic with a limited government whose power and authority comes from the People. The government may not pass laws and then shove them down our throats. We, the People, have the authority to overrule any act of the government, especially those that are not legal under the Constitution of the United States.
