I am trying to appoint someone overseas as my power of attorney with special/limited power of attorney, i am in california and the person is overseas in the middle east
does anyone know what are the steps needed to do this ?

You go to a lawyer; have him draw one up listing the specifics they will be permitted to operate, sign and notarize; and in this case, I’d have it translated into the native language needed if there is one, then overnight to the end user
